the other day i was having a conversation with my boyfriend and he was telling me about one of he's homeboys that was dating this girl and she cheated on him numerous time and eventually the guy finds out and they broke up so now he says to me if i ever cheated on him he won't care whether he goes to jail or not he will kill me i was shock when he said that because he's not a violent person at all but for some reason i keep thinking about what he said wondering if he actually meant what he said or if he's just joking
whatever it is a friend of mine told me i should take it seriously because it's a warning
so what do u guy's think should i take it seriously or... he's one of those type of guy who appear harmless he doesn't seems like one of those kind a person who would do such a thing

I think it all depends on his tone and body language when he said it. If his fist was up you better watch out. LOL
Does he have a temper? Does he push you against the walls or knock your head on the walls even jokingly? I think these are the signs you should consider before taking him seriously. What I'm saying is that you should consider other factors before you decide whether or not this is serious.

I don't know your BF or the relationship that you are involve with; reading your post indicates that the man is not a violent type, that he appeared to be harmless ect..
I am going to agree with BB-creole advising " that you should consider other factors before you decide whether or not this is serious." in addition, a threat is a threat regardless of the context that it was made; therefore, my negess kreole, I strongly advise you to be extremely cautious in all your actions or interactions rather being with him or other male friends that the BF my interpret as a form of infidelity on your part. Ultimately, you and only you will make the decision whether or not this is a relationship you should pursue or not.
