LOL!!!! On the real, it is the thought that counts..._San_Probleme

Yeah!...The thought does count. There was not much thinking if you feel it's OK to buy an engagement ring at a pawn shop.
Certain things need to get rid of depuis nan racine. If you are OK with an engagement ring being bought at a pawn shop, you are opening the door for him to buy you more stuffs at the pawn shop or the thrift shop.

Simplicity at its best. If you can't afford the diamond baby, let's get a simple ring at least we KNOW it's original.

LOL...sorry for feeling mwen vin'n pou ou. Lwen de la. I think i replied to Lyn about that wi. Some females are so demanding, sometimes they asked for it. Ou pa kon'n nan ki pressure ti tonton an do te ye pou yon bel bag, li lage tet li nan 2eme main...LOL...

Hmm, if that's what he could afford and it is real and nice, I don't care.
If he's been cheap that's another story.

...It's an engagement ring it has to be original. Things like that cannot be bought at a pawn shop. You don't know how it got there. It probably meant something to somebody else or got stolen.

andddddd? lol ou pe malchans ak madichon? lol
so when you buy it new did you think about all those poor people whose legs got cut off digging for the diamond or were abused by the diamond shop owners or if the diamond was not stolen, sold on the black market ect? he he he madichon an ka soti tout kote :P lol

Uh-uh!...
Now Lyn,
Not all diamonds are blood diamonds. Zafe'k gade yo HOWWWWWWW it got to the store. NOT the pawn shop. Pawn shop is known for second hand items or other stuffs. It's NOT about madichon but PRINCIPLES. Ou paka mande'm marie epi ce yon bag 2eme main wap achte banm. I would ratgher a CZ over that Lyn. Give me what you can afford but it has to be an original!

Pou'm mete'w plus a l'aise, you don't have to give me a ring if you cannot afford one. Just pa ban'm yon bag 2eme main.

so li te dwe konnen ke fanm lan pa tap renmen dezyem men or not...that brings us back to the question here...the poster may mind but the wife to be must be ecstatic that she has a good ring ke neg li achte to please her in any way he could :)

Question for you Lyn,
You are about to get married, would you buy your wedding dress, your bedroom set, or your mattress at a thrift shop? Or your blankets?

Reply to This

yes ma'am
savings first in my book :)
mwen renmen viv mezi lajan m, mezi wanga m :)

my mother would OBJECT big time but as for me...it does not matter...the dress, the bedroom nor the mattress will not make the marriage...but I have to say ke m tap fe yon fouro pou matla a and disinfect it first...paske mwen pe germs he he he he
