Lyn darling,
I have a ProForm 570 Crosswalk, li te koute'm $699.99 at Sears. Yet if i had gotten that thing ONLINE, it would've cost me less. I was told, it's cheaper to buy ONLINE than at a store. These people are paid on commission, they let you feel you are getting a bargain epoutan ce poch ou yap koupe!...take that advice from someone yo koupe poch li and that was ME with my treadmill. Nowadays, if it's NOT a clearance item, i will NOT purchase it. As much as I don't like second hand item, ou met achte youne nan thrift shop la si yo vend li...(tongue)
Lyn,
I don't know about the delivery part...$400? rete!...
There is a huge difference on my electric ONLY during Xmas seasons. I consider the treadmill the same as the washing and the drying machine. Get on it at night, it pulls less energy. (smile)
now you guys know that TREADMILL will only be an informal clothes hanger after 21 days, or 3 weeks
you'll use it the first 2-3 weeks then it's just there collecting dust and you'll eventually start to store all sort of things on it!
epi'm siyin deye'l tou wi!
Fb,
Ou met chache yon white out defet siyatu sa....if you love excercising, you will get on that mill everyday!...speaking from experience!. Min'm pou 45 minutes I will get on it!...I see it as a routine, taking a shower or flossing. You find yourself just getting on it...part of your daily routine...
I wouldn't recommend it to someone who doesn't excercise much!...going to the gym would be best until your body is used to getting that daily excercise. If ur getting it as a piece of furniture maybe yes...if ur into the work out, maintaining your shape, ou pap perdu kob sa.
kyettt!!! and look at me...I work out minimun of 90 mns everyday or up to 6 days for the past 6 or 7 years Sir FB...but now with no babysitting I can't seem to get to my gymn to work out...I own my weight equipments but used to do my cardio and HEAVY lifting at the gymn...but until mwen ka ale nan gymn, I NEED a treadmill...map soufri pou yonn whereas ou menm wap voye jete...la vie sa a o!!!!
